Faulty items

Any faulty item will be replaced (as long as an alternative copy of the same item is still available) or may be returned to us for a full refund including original shipping fees and a pre-agreed return shipping fee (we ask that the buyer takes reasonable care in returning the item safely to us). Please contact us first to arrange a return.

 

Unwanted items: Your right to cancel

The buyer may cancel their order within 7 days of delivery of their item (beginning on the day after you received your item) for an alternative item or a refund of the full payment price plus any shipping fees. The item must be returned to us still sealed and clearly unused or un-played. The buyer assumes all responsibility of safely returning the item to us, paying all return shipping fees (we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt and/or a Signed For service), with it arriving back to us in the condition it was originally sold (we may reserve the right to refuse a refund on the grounds that an item has been used or damaged). Please include with your item any documentation and a note of your name and address.
